Festival and Celebration Information for 2020

NAFM IMPORTANT DATES

for January 24-26, 2020 convention

https://nebraskafairs.org/ Web site is now open for Festivals to   pay membership dues and update their web site information. Dues must be paid before you can register for convention.  Don't forget to designate a contact person and update fair dates.                Festival membership is $75.

 

December 20th---is the cut-off date for one room per county to be secured with the Ramada Inn. (308)-237-7026: ask for business office.  After that date, reservations are open to everyone.  Please mention the name of your Festival when making your reservation.

December 31st-- Cut-off date for all Festivals to update information and place an ad on-line to be printed in the Convention book.

 Rates for advertising in the book:

$25- for a quarter page ad       $50- for a half page ad     $90- full page

 If you would like to be a sponsor of the NAFM and be recognized in the book and during convention,                                the sponsorship levels are:

 $100-$499-Silver        $500-$999 -Gold     $1,000.00 or more- Diamond, and be recognized as a sponsor of a meal.

January 10th- Convention registration increases from $20 per person to $30.

January 24th- Bring items to donate to the NAFM   silent and live auctions. Proceeds are used to reduce the cost of convention.   Thanks to all that donated last year.

Bring a copy of your 2019 flyer or posters to share.
